At Fink's Luggage & Repair Co., we want you to travel with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused luggage or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our repair specialists inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
